Alude Xuba

Lead Attorney

Alude is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and the founder of Xuba & Associates. He holds LLB and LLM degrees from the University of Pretoria and a Media Law certificate from Wits. He has expertise in corporate law, governance, and compliance, with experience across the public and private sectors. He also serves on the board of Uzima SA.

Tshepo Makomene

Legal Associate

Tshepo is a skilled legal professional with experience in M&A, corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, B-BBEE transactions, and regulatory compliance. He specialises in drafting and reviewing complex transactional documents and advising on project finance structures. Known for his analytical skills and precision, Tshepo delivers high-quality legal solutions across diverse sectors.

Frans Moiane

Legal Associate

Frans is an LLB graduate and Legal Associate at Xuba & Associates Inc. He supports clients in corporate governance, compliance, and intellectual property matters. With strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach, Frans contributes to the firm’s agile, tech-driven service delivery.

Jeanette Budd

Operations manager

Jeanette brings a wealth of experience to her role, having worked in diverse content environments for over thirty years. She excels at prioritising projects, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining quality standards across all content deliverables. Her exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail allow her to seamlessly coordinate between writers, editors and management while adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Khanyiso Ndinisa

Professional Assistant

Khanyiso is a media and arts graduate and the Professional Assistant at Xuba & Associates Inc. She manages the firm’s operations, administration, client liaison, and office coordination. With her creative background and strong organisational skills, she ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the office and provides key support to the management team.
